Later years
In the years 2003, was one of the most important leaders of the community of Ecuadorian entrepreneurs, primarily because of his experience in entrepreneurship. From this period onward, began to have doubts about the leadership of and felt that he was being left alone, abandoned to his own frustrations, and because he lacked support and vision. In order to find a solution, began to be interested in a spiritual path. This path was stimulated when in 2003 he attended a retreat in Ecuador organized by Fr. Alfredo Ajam, giving him a new sense of life. In the following years, began to read texts of a personal nature, as well as the Bible, St. Augustine's Confessions, and other books of spirituality.
During this process, began to talk about his beliefs. Because he was not satisfied with the answers he received, in 2006 he founded an association of students of the Catholic faith, of which he was the first president. In this period he read the epistles of St. John and St. Paul, the book of Job, and various books of his contemporaries. His interest in reading and in spirituality increased even more during the following years. Thus, the following years, has read two of the most influential books of the 20th century: La nueva agonia de Cristo (The New Evangelization) by Cardinal Basilio Pompadour, and Doña Perfecta (The Perfect Woman) by Oscar Wilde, which has revolutionized his thinking.
In this context, became fascinated with the secret of life, and consequently the idea of transcending the mind arose.
However, it was not until the end of the 2008 that began to affirm that he wanted to work with the idea of transcending the mind, through which he began to make progress.
This year has been a particularly significant for because in it he joined a spiritual community and completed the Catechism of the Catholic Church.
Código de Conducta
His first steps in this direction were made in the years 2004 and 2005, when he began to read the works of the renowned psychologist Abraham Maslow, especially Maslow's book on the psychology of motivation, Maslow on human needs. At the same time, discovered the works of the modern psychologist James Hillman, and began to understand the importance of the work of personal psychology 01e38acffe

Most organisms die because they run out of time to adapt to declining physiological conditions and age-related diseases. In Drosophila, the decrease in reproductive potential during aging reflects insufficient genetic adaptation to changing environment, i.e. deterioration of developmental plasticity. Life-extending dietary restriction (DR) of animals results in reduced physiological damage and increased longevity. We analyzed the expression of all known Drosophila transcripts in flies on various concentrations of the nutrient-restricted medium and compared it to the expression in normal (control) flies. The quality of all stages of development, from the embryonic to the end of life, was improved by DR. Moreover, age-specific transcriptional changes were identified, showing a shift of activity from developmentally up-regulated genes to life- and age-specific genes. The analysis of known longevity-related genes (dFOXO, FAS, dJNK, dMAPK) has revealed that several of these genes are involved in the quality control of lifespan in flies, i.e. the induction of dFOXO expression is required for DR-induced extension of the life span. Studies with the Longevity Inducing Reagent (LIR) (2-4) revealed that the effect of DR on the lifespan is mediated by apoptosis regulation, which leads to the early life-stage accumulation of mRNAs in animals at the time of initial DR treatment. The results of our study show that the combinatorial effect of the transcriptional changes caused by DR and the concomitant increase in the content of some of the mRNAs is responsible for the extension of the life span of Drosophila.Q:
